  • 1000 g Mutton
  • 11/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 4 tsp Garlic and Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Cumin paste
  • 4 pcs Green chili
  • 2 pcs Bay leaf
  • 9 pcs Cardamom
  • 4 pcs Cinnamon (Medium)
  • 2 pcs Black Cardamom
  • 1 pcs Alu Bukhara
  • 3 pcs Clove
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 3 pcs Roasted Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Jayotri & Jayple paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g Sliced Onion
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil


  1. Put marinated mutton in a pressure cooker, add sliced tomato 4pcs and 3 cups of water, then heat on a medium to low flame.

  2. Now, wait for 6 whistles.

  3. And now open the pressure cooker cover.

  4. Now heat the vegetable oil in a nonstick pan, on medium heat.

  5. Add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, dry chili 2 pcs, sliced onion 1pc (medium size). Now saute till the onions golden brown.

  6. Now put all cooked mutton on the pan and cook it for another 20 minutes.

  7. Before serving you can check salt if required put how much you need.
