Mix Veggie Pakora making is very simple and it tastes crispy and crunchy. Follow the cooking method properly and make a delicious crispy mix veggie pakora at home.
We need to wash and cut all the vegetables and onion equally.
Take a medium size bowl and add sliced potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, green peas, chopped green chilli, coriander, garlic, ginger, cumin paste, and panch poron to a bowl.
Now mix well gently.
Add rice flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Now mix well again.
Make a dough. If it doesn't make the dough, adjust flour and water and try again to make it.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep non-stick or normal pan. I use a normal pan. When the oil becomes medium-high, make and drop small portions of dough.
Fry both sides equally till light golden.
Make two or three batches in a small portion for proper fried.
