Vegetable Egg Omelette is an easy and quick protein breakfast recipe. Everyone should have to start a day with a veggie egg omelette.
First, wash all vegetables like onion, potato, cabbage, carrot, beans, coriander leaves, basil and chopped finely.
Now add vegetable oil to a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.
First, add sliced potato then cabbage, carrot and beans, onion and now fry it for 3 minutes. Now take a side.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them together well with a fork.
Add cumin and coriander powder, crushed black pepper, salt to taste, turmeric powder and chilli powder, mix well.
Now add green chilli, coriander leaves, basil, and fried vegetable, mix again properly.
Heat non-stick pan with 2Tbs oil on a medium flame.
Pour the eggs mixture to the pan. Cover the pan and check it after 1 minute. Again cover it for 1 minute. And now flip it to another side. Cook it for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Now the vegetable egg omelette is ready to serve.
