  • 1 Cup Sliced potato
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Carrot
  • 1/4 Cup Green peas
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp Cumin paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Panch Poron powder
  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
  • Salt According to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
Preparation for Making Pakora
  1. We need to wash and cut all the vegetables and onion equally.

  2. Take a medium size bowl and add sliced potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, green peas, chopped green chilli, coriander, garlic, ginger, cumin paste, and panch poron to a bowl.

  3. Now mix well gently.

  4. Add rice flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Now mix well again.

  5. Make a dough. If it doesn't make the dough, adjust flour and water and try again to make it.

Frying Method of Pakora
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep non-stick or normal pan. I use a normal pan. When the oil becomes medium-high, make and drop small portions of dough.

  2. Fry both sides equally till light golden.

  3. Make two or three batches in a small portion for proper fried.
