First, we have to select the best tomatoes and then wash properly, and cut the tomatoes into a cube. Next, prepare the other ingredients and put them aside in a bowl.
Boiling And Blending Tomatoes
In this step, heat a deep non-stick pan on a medium-low flame and add extra virgin olive oil into the pan. Extra virgin olive oil is healthier than other oil or butter. But you can use vegetable oil or butter (ghee), it actually depends on you.
Now add chopped ginger and garlic and fry them for a minute. After a minute add chopped onion and fry it for another 2 minutes on medium-low flame. Finally, add tomato-cubed and salt, and mix them well. Now cover with a lid and cook them until soft and boiled.
After boiling all the tomatoes, turn off the flame and let it cool. Now in a mixing jar, blend them well. Next, we will strain it very well in a bowl.
In this step, heat a deep pan on a medium-low flame and transfer the tomato paste from bowl to deep pan. Now add water, tomato sauce and other ingredients. Cook it till a good consistency. Now serve healthy homemade tomato soup recipe hot or in cold.

- We can preserve it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- The tomato soup which is made with water only that soup can be preserved. We can not preserve soup that is made with only milk instead of water.
- We have to preserve the soup in the deep freezer.
Before putting it in the deep freezer, add it into a freezer-safe container.
Easy Homemade Tomato Soup Recipe

- 350 gram Tomato
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 pc Chopped Onion (Medium Sized)
- ¼ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Corn flour (According to consistency)
First, properly wash and slice all the fresh tomatoes.
Heat a medium-large Dutch oven or stockpot with extra virgin olive oil on medium-low flame. Add 1tbsp chopped garlic and 1tsp ginger, and fry them for a minute.
Now add 1pc chopped onion and fry it for another 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and mix them well. Cover it with a lid and cook it till soft and boiled.
Let it cool and after that blend it very well. We have to strain it in a bowl.
Now transfer it to a Dutch oven and heat on medium-low flame. Add 1 cup water, ¼ tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste. Mix them well and cook it for 2 minutes.
Add 2tsp sugar and 1tbsp tomato sauce for getting a restaurant-style taste. Now cover it with a lid, and cook it for another 4 minutes on low flame.
Finally, in a small bowl, mix 1tsp corn flour and 1tbsp water. Now add this mixture and mix them well. After a minute, our healthy and homemade delicious tomato soup is ready to serve. Now serve it in a soup bowl and ENJOY THE SOUP!!
