Main Steps To Make Healthy Vegetable Soup

Step 1

Before cutting all the vegetables, wash them properly. Now take a chopping board and chop the vegetables evenly. So that all vegetables are cooked all-sides equally.

Step 2

Now take a deep pan on medium low flame. Add oil, garlic, salt and all vegetables like cauliflower, carrot, cabbage and papaya. Now fry them till softness. Now add vegetable stock and cover with lid, simmer till boiling.

Step 3

In this step, we will add a well-fitted egg and mix it slowly. Now add chopped green chilli.

Final Step

After a minute, add cornflour-mixed. If we add this cornflour-mixed, the soup will be thick and creamy. If you don’t cornflour, you can skip it. Now our healthy vegetable soup is ready to serve.

  • Simmer is perfect instead of boiling.
  • Try to use less oil. Olive oil is a better option here.
  • Use the whole vegetable.
  • We should use fresh vegetables and try to pick nutritious vegetables.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Cauliflower
  • ½ cup Carrot
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • ½ cup Papaya
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut all the vegetables equally.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil on medium-low flame.

  3. Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic. Garlic increases the taste of the soup.

  4. Now add sliced carrot ½ cup, Cauliflower - ½ cup, Cabbage - ½ cup, Papaya - ½ cup and salt to taste. Saute them till softness.

  5. Add 3 cup vegetable stock and cover it with the lid. Now simmer till boiling.

  6. Now add slowly well-fitted eggs and mix them properly. Add chopped green chilli 2pcs.

  7. After a minute add corn flour mixture. To make corn flour mixture, add 1 tbsp cornflour and 3 tbsp water in a cup. And boil it another 1-2 minutes. Now our healthy vegetable soup is ready. We can serve it with bread.
