Step 1: Making of Chicken Stock
For making a chicken Thai soup recipe, what you need first, that is chicken Stock. If you don’t have chicken stock, you can easily make it at home.
To make chicken stock, we need chicken with bones and chicken fat and other ingredients like black pepper, roughly chopped ginger-garlic, onion, and salt.
Step 2: Marinade Chicken Breast For Soup
I take chicken breast ½ kg and try to cut chicken breast thin and long-sized. In a medium-sized bowl, add chicken breast, white pepper powder, paprika powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
If you don’t have paprika, you can use red chilli powder instead of paprika. Now mix all the ingredients very well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Cooking of Chicken
After 30 minutes, I take a medium-sized non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame. Now add oil and marinated chicken and cook it until removing the water from chicken.
At this moment, add sliced red onion and cook it for 30 seconds. Now transfer all the fried chicken and onion to the bowl or plate.
Step 4: Making Special Mixture
First, make cornflour mixture, in a cup, add 4 tbsp cornflour and ½ cup chicken stock. Mix it well.
Now Make special mixture, in a cup, add ½ cup chicken stock, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp chilli sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix it well.
Final Step: Making of Chicken Thai Soup
In a deep pan, I take chicken stock. Now add all the fried chicken and onion, a mixture of cornflour, well-fitted egg, sugar, salt, chopped green chilli, and chopped lemongrass and mix them well.
Now turn on the flame on medium-low. Cook it for 8-10 minutes. At this time, add that special mixture and mix it very well.
Now turn off the flame, healthy and delicious restaurant-style Chicken Thai Soup is ready to serve.
Tips To Make Chicken Thai Soup
- Cut the chicken breast into thin and long pieces. So that chicken pieces are fried and cooked evenly.
- Must use lemongrass. It gives the authentic Thai aroma.
- Use less oil, if you want to make a healthy soup.
- Extra tips – You can use shrimp for getting a better taste.
Easy Restaurant-Style Chicken Thai Soup Recipe
Healthy Chicken Thai Soup Recipe - Thai soup is a delicious and popular soup all over the world. This soup is made with chicken stock, chicken breast, and some various other ingredients. I am going to make this delicious soup following some easy steps. So that everyone can make this soup at home properly and get a restaurant-style taste.
- ½ cup Chicken for Stock
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Roughly Chopped Ginger-Garlic
- 1 pc Onion (Medium-Sized)
- 1 litre Water
- ½ kg Chicken Breast
- ½ tsp White Peppe
- ½ tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 pc Chopped Red Onion
- 1 pc Well-fitted Egg
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Salt to Taste
- 3 pc Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1 pc Lemongrass (Chopped)
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- ½ cup Chicken Stock
- ½ cup Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce And
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
In a medium-sized deep pan, add Chicken ½ cup, black pepper 1 tbsp, roughly chopped ginger-garlic 1 tbsp, onion (medium-sized) 1pc and water 1 litre. Now turn on the flame on medium for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, cook it again for 1 hour on low flame.
Now our chicken stock is done and strain it and preserve in a jar.
Add chicken breast ½ kg, white pepper ½ tsp, paprika powder ½ tsp, ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp and salt to taste in a medium-sized bowl.
Now mix it well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Mix corn flour 4 tbsp and chicken stock ½ Cup in a bowl.
Mix chicken stock ½ cup, white vinegar 1 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp and soy sauce 1 tbsp in a bowl.
Add all the fried chicken and onion, a mixture of cornflour, well-fitted egg 1pc, sugar 2 tsp, salt to taste, chopped green chilli 3 pcs, and chopped lemongrass 1 pc in a large-sized deep pan. Cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium-low flame. Now mix the special mixture very well and cook it another 30 seconds. That’s enough. Your Thai chicken soup is ready to serve.
